By default the control does not start processing graphics after connection. There’s an argument on the connect to “AutoStart’ or alternative you can manually call the start method in response to the Connected event. Cheers.

I’m sorry to hear that you lost your husband. I glad you find this post helpful and I hope you’ll be successful in fixing your Roomba. I think this must have been quite a common problem for iRobot and I am surprised there wasn’t a recall. No doubt if your husband was still around he’d be proudly parading his robot fixing wife to all his friends!

It should be straight forward to write a class that extends DataSourceWrapper and writes data (as it comes in) to a file.

I just experienced yet another “wish my husband were still alive” moment. I fixed both commodes yesterday, a week ago it was a blown fuse in my car and headlight blub replacement, last month it was a blown diode on my garage door openng circuit board. I am happy to say all repairs were successfully fixed by yours truly. My new battery came in a few days ago for my flat-lined Roomba, but failed to get a blip, blink, or light. I came across this post and followed instruction… guess what!!!… My 8 mhz crystal was blown. Similar numbers etc. as the one here. I have just ordered two crystals and will try my hand at a repair. (hence the reason I got two).
Thanks for this post.

Now, if I could just get my husband to stop looking down from above hitting the “destruct button in the sky” so he can see how much I miss him. I get it!!! Yes, thank you for teaching me to be self sufficient… but I have proved myself !!!

Actually, I agree that this may be a recall case. Did y’all know that this company makes the undersea robots for deep sea exploring… they are at all the ocean related scientific conferences.

I’ve fought this battle too many times at my workplace. There is absolutely no reason to put local time anywhere but on the user’s display. Everything else should be UTC. In systems design, as in most things in life, simplicity is king!
